Rental Policies

Reservation: To reserve you have to leave paid 50% of the cost of the rental gear by transference, card or cash and in this form save the equipment availability.

Payment: All the leased equipment must be paid at time of pick up. Cash and card are accepted.

Guarantee: At time of pick up, you have to leave a guarantee that corresponds to the total value of the leased equipment. Cash and check are accepted only. The check guarantee must be from the company or direct customer and It runs a day, nominative and crossed in the name of "Asesorías en Montaña Ltda."

Returning: The leased equipment must be returned no later than 14:00hrs on the day after use.

Delays: If there are delays in returns of the leased equipment, you will be charged an extra day.

Cleanness: The equipment must be returned clean and in good condition.

Damaged/ Lost/ Stolen: If the leased equipment is returned with some damage, the repair or clean costs are paid by the lessee, so too in case of loss or theft.

Guarantee: The document in guarantee will be returned after of pay the reparation or reposition of a part or total of the equipment and delays. This pay must make when you return the equipment. HME has the right to make full use of the guarantee in case of non-payment by the concepts of damage, loss, theft or delays.

Reservation: The amount of the reserve in no case will be returned. If the reservation is canceled at least 1 full day ahead, the amount could be saved like installment for next activity without charges. The installment will be valid for 6 months from the date it was received. It can be utilized for any next rent in coordination with the in charge of equipment to ensure availability.
